Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 10, 2026  ·  Arguris LLC

1. Introduction

Arguris LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates Aria, an AI-powered virtual receptionist service for trades and home service businesses ("the Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our website at callaria.ai and our Service.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Trade type, service area, and business details you provide during onboarding
  • Payment information processed securely through our payment processor (we do not store full card numbers)

Information collected automatically:

  • Log data including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site

  • Device information including operating system and screen resolution

Information generated through the Service:

  • Call recordings and transcripts from calls handled by Aria on your behalf
  • Job intake data captured during calls (caller name, address, service requested, urgency level)
  • Call summaries and analytics data associated with your account
  • Appointment booking records and calendar data

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • Set up and configure your Aria virtual receptionist
  • Send you call summaries, job intake reports, and account notifications via SMS and email
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Respond to your support requests and communications
  • Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
  • Send you marketing communications about the Service, which you may opt out of at any time

4. Call Recording and Transcription

The Service records and transcribes telephone calls handled by Aria on your behalf. These recordings are used to generate call summaries, train and improve the AI system, and provide you with accurate job intake data.

Your responsibility as a business operator: You are responsible for complying with all applicable federal and state laws regarding call recording and notification in your jurisdiction. Many states, including Florida, require one-party consent for call recording. Some states require all-party consent. By using the Service, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations required by law to record calls handled through your business line.

We recommend including a disclosure in your business greeting (which Aria can deliver) informing callers that the call may be recorded for quality and service purposes.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information or your customers' information to third parties. We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate the Service, including cloud infrastructure providers, payment processors, AI model providers, and communication platforms. These providers are contractually bound to protect your information.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our company, users, or the public.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
  • With your consent: We may share information for any other purpose with your explicit consent.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account information and call data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days to allow for account reactivation, after which it is deleted from our active systems.

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 12 months from the date of the call, unless you request earlier deletion. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security reviews.

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and analyze how the Service is used. You can control cookie settings through your browser, but disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.

We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our website. This data is collected in aggregate and does not identify individual users.

9. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your information:

  • Access: You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

  • Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to certain legal exceptions.
